Adobe Photoshop - When working with various files in Photoshop there is a quick and easy way to scroll through them with out using reaching for the mouse. Press the Control (CTRL) and the Tab key (slowly) at same time so that you can see all the files there.
MS-Excel - For those times that you work with several worksheets, you can color code and/or even rename your tabs so that it's easier for you to "spot" the worksheet that you'll be working on. To do this, you can right-click on the tab and either:
MS-Word - Let's suppose that you have a large document and you notice that you have to change one word for another throughout the entire document. This can be done quickly with the Find & Replace command in Word. Press CRTL and F at the same time. In the window, select the Tab labeled Replace. In the "Find What" label type in your original word or exact phrase. In the "Replace With" field type in the new word or phrase desired. Then select Replace All.
